The 10th Avenue Complete Street is the backbone of the Palmetto Trails multimodal network, safe and well-lit transportation system that conveys pedestrians, bikes, and vehicles through the city and beyond. This trail is planned to connect business, school, parks and bridges through the city.

Water Quality and Aquatic Habitat Enhancement is about 22 acres. Those 22 acres of oyster beds can potentially filter 726 Olympic swimming pools of water per day. Installation of 76 Reef Clusters, Palmetto Bay becomes an aquatic habitat and a preserve.

"Slicks" Property- Brownfield Revitalization and Redevelopment Site
The site is part of a larger public/private partnership (P3) sustainable redevelopment downtown master plan.The proposed P3 for the site, is a multifamily, mixed market and mixed used project to increase the city’s average median income and number of immediate area customers and introduce new smaller footprint commercial spaces into the downtown for new businesses.
