Grand Opening in Historic Downtown Palmetto!
Friday we celebrated the official opening of Eleanor’s Coffee and Cakes, located at 449 10th Ave W (Old Main Street) in the heart of Palmetto’s Historic District.
The result of an eight-month labor of love by several generations of the Scarberry family, guided by the vision of Ella Scarberry, this charming new coffee shop is a beautiful addition to our downtown.

Ella, a proud graduate of MTC’s culinary program, shared heartfelt words of thanks before her father, Dan Scarberry, opened the occasion with a prayer.
